Development and warehouse<\/h3>\n

We enthusiastically develop, produce and sell sensors that precisely measure torque, force, shear and bending. We always ensure an optimal flow of goods so that delivery bottlenecks are not an issue for our customers.<\/p>\n

We have been working in the field of non-contact sensor technology<\/a> since 2003 and know what measurement technology must be able to do today. The NCTE sensors function very precisely and reliably even over a long period of time and under difficult conditions. We are trusted by customers from a wide range of industries – from e-mobility, agricultural technology and Industry 4.0.<\/p>\n

Production<\/h3>\n

We manufacture our non-contact torque sensors in highest quality “Made in Germany” in-house at our location in Oberhaching near Munich<\/a>. Our torque sensors are produced according to the highest environmental standards worldwide with a transparent and reliable supply chain behind us.<\/p>\n

Customer requests are implemented in record time and we stand by as a realization partner with our know-how when it comes to designing new, customized applications<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Testing<\/h3>\n

Every single sensor is tested by our employees before it leaves production. We also regularly test our technology under extreme conditions. Even an 8-week one-sided load did not lead to any measurement distortion. Even after 2 million load changes, 68 temperature cycles and 120 hours of vibration, the sensors continue to deliver correct results.<\/p>\n

As a result, our sensors operate wear-free over the long term and can be used for the entire lifecycle of the application. Our sensors reliably deliver data where no one else can measure.<\/p>\n

Delivery<\/h3>\n

At our site in Oberhaching near Munich, we produce top technology Made in Germany with our approximately 40 employees and distribute our sensors across the globe.<\/p>\n

We can deliver our standard products within two weeks. As our technology requires no external measuring amplifiers, it can be easily integrated into products via plug & play.<\/p>\n

Lifetime Cycle<\/h3>\n

Our non-contact torque sensors operate wear-free in the long term and can be used over the entire lifetime of the application. As long as the e-bike is running, the tractor is pulling its tracks and the end-of-line test lasts.<\/p>\n

We test every NCTE sensor on our modern and certified test benches before shipping it. You can also book this service<\/a> separately with us: We test and calibrate all torque sensor types up to 10,000 Nm quickly and efficiently and provide the customer with comprehensive documentation (calibration certificates). We do also offer an express service for particularly short-term inquiries.<\/p>\n
