NCTE Debuts at iVT Expo USA 2025 in Chicago
Munich / Chicago (USA), August 20, 2025 – At iVT Expo USA in Chicago on August 20–21, 2025, NCTE AG will present its contactless torque and force measurement technology for off-highway applications at Stand 200, Hall F, Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.
The company’s sensor technology is based on the magnetostrictive principle, enabling precise real-time data – measured directly on the shaft, without mechanical contact and without modifications to existing components.

NCTE’s sensors are robust, maintenance-free, and easy to integrate. They are suitable for a wide range of applications: from fertilizer spreaders, seed drills, and harvesters in agriculture to hydraulics, auxiliary drives, and drivetrain components in off-highway vehicles. Whether in field use or on test benches, the sensors deliver reliable data that helps manufacturers optimize machine performance, avoid downtime, and use resources more efficiently.
One example is the PTO 7300, a plug-and-play sensor for PTO shafts. It enables precise torque and power monitoring in both field and laboratory settings – without mechanical modifications. This allows OEMs and operators to optimize machine control, reduce resource consumption, and extend the lifetime of critical components.
“Machine data is becoming the key factor for efficiency and sustainability,” says Tobias Wiesenzarter, Sales Director at NCTE AG. “Our sensor solutions provide these insights exactly where they are generated – directly on the drivetrain. This makes machines smarter, more resource-efficient, and more cost-effective in the long run.”
With its first participation in iVT Expo USA, NCTE is reinforcing its commitment to driving digitalization and efficiency in off-highway and agricultural machinery – now also in the North American market.
