How our sensors
work in agriculture

Our technology measures loads and load changes dynamically and in real time. The NCTE sensors measure torque and shear directly on the shaft and provide you directly with all the important information. This allows you to optimally adjust the drives and make your machines even more efficient. Create a competitive advantage with sensor-controlled machines. Measurements are contactless - therefore our sensors are wear and maintenance-free. And: The technology works with repetitive accuracy and with long-term stability. In addition, it is very robust and reliably measures the forces in your vehicles even under conditions of strong vibrations, dirt, oil and water. The range of agricultural vehicles is enormous, requirements are usually high: Maximum output, maximum reliability. In fertilizer spreaders, for example, we ensure that these are precisely the goals that can be achieved: Our torque sensors detect faults and problems in those machines and allow efficient control to avoid failures and repairs. Another example: NCTE technology also works in baling presses. There we help to control travel speed and adjust the press to the maximum permissible throughput of the material to be pressed (hay/grass/straw). This enables our customers to optimize the utilization of the machine and work even more efficiently.
