NCTE publishes annual report and confirms record sales for 2023
NCTE AG has published its first annual report as a listed company. On over 60 pages, the company provides investors and other stakeholders with transparent information on its financial performance in 2023. In the audited annual financial statements for 2023, NCTE AG confirms the record revenue of EUR 6.0 million (previous year: EUR 5.3 million) reported in the preliminary results. This increase was mainly driven by the e-bike and off-highway (agricultural technology) segments. With a net profit of EUR 80 thousand (previous year: net loss of EUR -285 thousand), NCTE AG achieved its best result in the past five years.

NCTE AG’s sustainability report is an integral part of the annual report. It includes environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects to inform investors about the company’s social and environmental performance. It also includes NCTE AG’s first ESG rating from the renowned Asset Impact GmbH. With “Very Sustainable”, NCTE has achieved the highest classification on Asset Impact’s five-level ESG scale.
