Daniel Röser appointed Head of Sales at NCTE AG

Munich/Oberhaching, March 24, 2026 – NCTE AG has appointed Daniel Röser as its new Head of Sales. The sensor technology expert knows the company like few others: He has been with NCTE since May 2016, progressing through a number of key positions – from Sales Manager to Program Management and, most recently, to heading that department. He succeeds Tobias Wiesenzarter, who left the company of his own accord.

A dual perspective from sales and project management

What sets Röser apart from many sales leaders is his experience at the interface between customer and development. As Head of Program Management, he managed OEM development projects – from the initial design-in of sensor technology into the customer application through to series production readiness. Over the years, this gave him first-hand insight into the specific requirements and challenges faced by manufacturers in key segments such as e-bike and agricultural technology. He now brings this deep understanding of what customers truly need on the path from concept to series production directly into his sales leadership role.

Close to a decade at NCTE

Röser’s expertise extends well beyond the markets he serves – he has actively shaped the development of NCTE itself over nearly a decade: from the relocation and expansion to the Oberhaching site, where development, production and sales operate under one roof, to the company’s listing on the m:access segment of the Munich Stock Exchange in October 2023.

Daniel Röser: “In Program Management, I experienced first-hand what drives our customers on the path to series production – and the value our sensor technology creates for their products. I now bring this experience into sales, as a bridge builder between strategy and operational excellence.”

Sebastian Müller, CEO of NCTE AG: “Daniel knows our customers from working closely with them on many important projects – and he understands their industries and the challenges on the path to series production. This experience will be key to driving our growth strategy forward.”
