NCTE AG publishes audited annual financial statements for 2024 – figures fully confirmed

Oberhaching, June 17, 2026 – NCTE AG yesterday published the audited annual financial statements for fiscal year 2024. The year was marked by an exceptionally difficult market environment in the core sectors e-bike and agricultural machinery. The final figures fully match the preliminary results already published in April 2025.

Audit procedures completed with particular care

Publication is later than usual because certain valuation and audit procedures in the annual financial statements were carried out with particular care against the backdrop of the challenging market environment. These procedures have now been successfully completed.

2024 results at a glance

  • Revenue: EUR 4.0 million
  • EBITDA: EUR –1,022 thousand
  • Net result for the year: EUR –1,293 thousand
  • Equity: EUR 2.0 million

In 2024, demand in the high-volume markets remained below expectations. Positive developments in motorsport, medical technology and selected industrial applications were only able to offset this to a limited extent.

Looking ahead: focus on innovation and new applications

NCTE used 2024 to set strategic course for the years ahead:

  • Launch and progress of several key innovation project
  • Further development of new applications in industry, agriculture and e-mobility
  • Strengthening of core technological capabilities and structures
  • Preparation for international markets

The strategic realignment initiated in 2024 was consistently continued in 2025 – with significantly increased R&D investments of EUR 757 thousand.

For fiscal year 2025, NCTE has already published preliminary figures (revenue: EUR 3.6 million, EBITDA: EUR –1,640 thousand). For 2026, NCTE expects a stabilization at earnings level alongside rising revenue – with revenue between EUR 5.4 million and EUR 4.4 million and EBITDA between EUR 0.1 million and EUR –0.5 million.
